DC Motor

Z4 DC motor has more advantages than Z2 and Z3 series. Z4 motor can suffer a higher rating of load, especially suitable for smooth speed control, high efficiency, automatic steady speed, sensitive control system. It has reached the international advanced level.

The Z2 series small DC motor is divided into 11 seat numbers. Each seat number has two kinds of core lengths. There are three types of DC motors, DC generators and DC voltage regulating generators, which are suitable for general normal working environments. The motor is used for general transmission, the generator is used for the general DC power supply, and the voltage regulating generator is used for charging the battery pack.（It can also be made into generator）

Z series medium size DC motor utilize polygonal configuration and stator with sufficient internal space being used. Stator with standing loading under pulsing current or abrupt variation of current. Magnetic poles are precisely located  and main  motors  of Z series  having compensating windings can all provide a fine reversing function. Motor with insulation class F has reliable insulation structure and is dip-coated without solvent under vacuum pressure for ensuring stable insulation and fine heat emission.

Z series motors can be widely used in various industrial sectors such as metallurgical industrial rolling mills, metal cutting machine tools, papermaking, dyeing and weaving, printing, cement, and plastic extrusion machinery.

Z series motor adopts advanced design, and the stator base adopts polygonal laminated structure, which effectively makes full use of space. It has the advantages of small size, light weight and good performance. The stator yoke is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel plates and has good magnetic conductivity. The entire stator and rotor are treated with solvent-free paint vacuum pressure dipping, so that the windings have good moisture resistance and mechanical strength, as well as excellent insulation and thermal conductivity. The motor adopts rolling bearings, non-stop refueling structure, and the insulation grade is F grade.
